I put a quarter teaspoon of this in a gelatin capsule. It is a moderate
dose of K. I suffer muscle cramps and do not eat enough to get my MDR
from food. My doctor gives me time release, but not enough to keep the
cramps away. MDR, so I read, is around 4000mg/day. It can cause heart
failure so one must be very careful.
It keeps my cramps down and I only use enough to keep them at a minimum so I know I'm not overdosing. I would highly recommend this but also warn anyone to use it with care and know the symptoms of an overdose.
